I would agreeably buy factions just for this advantage. I agree with no gender change, as you only have 2 plain choices. I would like to see hair, hair color, and faces change because some hairstyles do not look good with some faces, so if you liked a new hairstyle, but it looked ugly on the current face you are using, would it not be reasonable to allow face changes as well?
On another note, with new hairstyles, faces, etc, what if we prefer one of these newer additions to the old faces/hairstyles, would we have to delete our current character and remake him/her just for the purpose of changing how we look?
